He was killed in Venice, California Friday night, February 8. Struck by a car, he died at the scene. He was 91.

He had an interesting background, being related to Calvin Coolidge, and also being married to the lady that played the mother in The Wonder Years.
Not to be indelicate, but I didn't know he was still alive. I remember him from quiz shows in the '50's & '60's, and sadly, most of those people are long gone.
Shame he had to die that way. R.I.P.
He was great on To Tell the Truth and a long career.
sharei watched being john malkovich earlier this week. he's such a perfect presence in that film. very sad for him to go that way, but he had a long life & seemed to be in good mental & physical condition to the end, which is the most any of us can ask for, i suppose.
