No she didn't. She has spoken in interviews about why she felt that the role and the show warrented nudity though:
"It doesn’t make sense that the character would wear a bra and care at all about what she looks like when she’s having sex,” Rossum says. “Sex is meant to feel good, and she wants to feel good. Never liked it when someone would say an actress was simply 'trying to change their image'. They always make it sound like a sly little insult.

Well, she is. That is why she took the part. She wants to delve in more spontaneous roles. The good girl image can ONLY get you far; this is hollywood. You gotta expect to choose wisely to stay relevant.
