She's on new pilot series 'Shameless' on Showtime and another Dragonball movie ithink

In terms of what's in the works, she's starring on a new Showtime orginal series called Shameless opposite William H Macy and Allison Janney.
She's also got a second album in the works though who knows when that'll be released.
I don't think Dragonball: Reborn is actually happening though. Several other cast members have said it's a no-go.
She's actually worked fairly consistantly if not constantly since Phantom. But her projects aren't always high profile or commercially successful

I think she was focused on her music for a while.

didn't even know she did music. loved her in The Day After Tomorrow, bust mostly seen her on the red carpet and thats about it.

Poseidon bombed but Day After Tommorow did well, as I recall. Of course, it was the kind of blockbuster that's ill-suited to having a sequel, so her supporting role there was just a one-off.

Think its clear DRAGONBALL: REBORN won't be happening. I don't even think a reboot will happen.

Shes got some crazy looking horror movie coming out that I can't find it here on IMDB. Just google "Emmy Rossum's New Horror Movie" and you'll find a teaser trailer. They're calling it some kind of social film experience. Looks interesting.
