so why would you post on here if you didn't know her?? I recommend An American in Paris and Daddy Long Legs, and she still looks gorgeous in Chocolat.

Her accent was so cute in English-language movies and she is certainly very attractive. In addition to An American in Paris, I would also recommend Lili, Gigi and Father Goose, which also starred Cary Grant. I have only seen about a half-dozen of her movies, but she has been wonderful the past half century.

It's alright. I can't say most people have.

As far as I know, her films are quite good. If the idea appeals to you, the movies recommended above are worth trying.

This is NOT to bash the original poster (I don't even know how old he/she is), or you - but, frankly, I would expect most visitors of IMDB to "have heard" of her, to say the least.

(And this comes from someone who doesn't even like her very much, I am sorry to say.)
