In the burbs?

Is it him, or someone who looks like him,that is in the movie "The Burbs"? "He" plays one of Ricky's friends that Ricky calls over to watch the Tom Hanks character and his pals break into the Koplecks' house after they "go to the university". You see "him" at about 1 hour 18 minutes and 47 secs into the movie (immediately after Rumsfield falls off the roof and shoots out a window)

You are right. He's not credited, but sure does look like him.. exactly in fact. Especially after Rumsfeld tells Corey Feldman to get his "lamo" friend out of the yard. If that's not him... it's his twin.

I realize this is an old post... but Bremner is listed as 5'8" tall. The man in that clip does look a /lot/ like him, but appears to be at least 6'. How often does a 5'8" man appear as the tallest person in a shot? :)
