I was just watching the episode where Jay and Michael go on a Yoga retreat and he annoys everyone, you know the thing he says, it starts "Itin Bitin" and then I dont know the rest, does anyone know all the words to what he says? I tried looking online but couldn't find anything!

I thought he was just improving some scat, but I could be wrong. I haven't seen that episode in a while.
