Absoutely...he deserves every one available: Emmy, Golden Globe, SAG!!!

He played it as though it were tailored made for him. But actually, the part was originally written for James Gandolfini. JG might have done well with it, but I LOVED Tuturro's interpretation. He was brilliant.

Has he ever got an award? He is one of the most talented actors I have ever seen. Last night I saw him in The Luzhin Defence (2000). Most of the people in the relative site praise Emily Watson (she was very good indeed!), and overlook J.T., who was the first violin (IMHO of course). Why is he that underrated?
