shareIt was reprinted in a coffee-table-type book which is called something like "Vanity Fair Goes to Hollywood". I'm sorry I can't be more specific, but I'm currently between houses and all my books are in storage at present. It's a beautiful book if you can get hold of it, but beware - there are a couple of Hollywood-themed Vanity Fair books that have been published in the last 10 years or so. Make sure you pick up the correct one. The book I'm thinking of has a white cover. Perhaps you could still get it from Amazon?
