My name is Lana as well, my father was a HUGE fan of her and Virginia Mayo--who was also beautiful. I am just glad they decided on Lana....it fits better because my sisters names are Lisa, Lorie, so Lana is more fitting -- All L's...Thanks dad!! (lol)

shareJust curious, how do you pronounce your name? Lana is pronounced many ways - Lann-a seems to be the most common but the lady herself preferred Lah-na and of course also say Lon-na.
shareMy sister is also named after her! we pronounce it "Lah-nah" the same way Turner did.
