Is he fluent in Spanish?

I only ask because he speaks a little in both Larry Sanders Show and Summer Rental, plus he grew up in Texas. I realize he's an actor and all, but it seems to come natural for him. Maybe I've just watched one too many Tommy Lee Jones movies.
