Filmmakers are able to obtain this known movie star on the cheap, only $ 1000 per day. Eric Roberts is on $3 k per day plus expenses. Tom Sizemore
sleeps in his Winnebago.

What's your point? He trashed his value with drug addiction so it actually lucky he can make that much. At the end of the day is only useful for a limited number of roles, and if you hire him you are accepting the risk that he might very well fall off the wagon yet again or get arrested yet again and either one of those things could cause someone using him in a movie a lot of problems. His rate is still about 10 times higher than what an extra would make in a movie; frankly he is probably still overpaid given the risk.

Michael Mann found that out the hard way and according to Sizemore has not spoken to him since his arrest for drugs, which ultimately caused Robbery Homicide Division to be cancelled.

SAG has different rates depending on the job. Sizemore has been doing a lot of low budget films these days and those rates are lower.
