Isn't it odd that we don't hear about CTE in the media so much anymore?

shareAmong the possible symptoms are changes in personality and a lack of impulse control, people with this condition have committed violent acts.
It might be part of the reason that Simpson beat up his wife and then killed her, not that he wasnt an asshole when he was young and healthy. And not that a person with CTE who kills someone is any less legally liable than someone who kills without it.
I had the same thoughts that maybe OJ was affected by CTE after Junior Seau killed himself, and then during People vs OJ American Crime Story again I had those same feelings.
CTE isn't being discussed much publicly for obvious reasons, the UFC, WBA, NFL, just to name a few.
The people who run the NFL and professional boxing would certainly like for the whole world to forget about CTE, because the players in those sports just can't be made safe without changing the entire nature of the game.
Of course they don't care if a few football players or boxers get disabled or murder their ex-wives in a fit of rage, not when there's money to be made!
