IMDB reports:

"Actress Cybill Shepherd is flattered people think she has had plastic surgery - because it means she's looking good."

No, Cybill, that's not what that means, because most people who've had plastic surgery look like scary creepazoids. That's what's being said here, that you look like a scary creepazoid.

So don't be flattered.

she said that she hasn't had plastic surgery, I think she is doing exercises, stretching her neck to keep it as a young age neck and using face creams etc: that is better than going under the knife and having plastic surgery.
