Movie about a Missionary?

I just read an article in which he talked about "bringing new perspective to the genre" (I assume low budget, bad acting, etc "Christian" movies?) with a film about a man called Bill Tomes who did something helpful (sorry, ran out of memory for a sec there!) things for people in gangs.

I really love the film Judge and his wife Amy made called "Be Still", I saw it a few years ago on Netflix then bought a copy. Just bought the book based on the movie this week and wondered if they did anything else. I didn't see anything on his page, but could have missed it.
