Emmy nomination

She NEEDS be nominated this year! Her performance on OITNB this season was simply outstanding. This is just the boost that her career needed! Is there any way that fans could influence their decision, or do they Emmy people (lol I'm clueless about about the Emmys) simply make the decision?
