Underrated actor

I've been watching a lot of Highlander lately. I think Adrian Paul got better as the series progressed. One thing I think he was exceptionally good at was showing the difference between the inexperienced Duncan who was still with the Macleods and the 400 year old wanderer who had seen the world and all its changes in that time.

Always thought he should have been considered for Bond, considering how much he resembles a young Sean Connery. And British to boot...

Hed have been a good choice for Bond around 2004 instead of Craig . Especially as they were rebooting the series/doing the origin as it'd have been fun for the rebooted Bond to look abit like Connery..but he was obviously abit too old at the time (45 in 2004 whereas Craig was 36) I guess had Paul been about 5-10 years younger hed have been very seriously considered for Casino Royale (I vaguely remember rumours of AP being Bond in the early 90s what would be Goldeneye but he probably didn't get close to it as he was dong the HL tv series and Brosnan was kind of a shoo in after having been cast then lost the role in 1986)

I seem to remember his IMDB page saying that he was born in '67 but now it says 59 so he's already in this 60s?

I've read they snagged him to appear in the second season of that Mamoa blind barbarian show See for Apple TV. Looking forward to some new work from him. Even though that show is nutty as hell.
