After having a great year in 2014 with The Grand Budapest Hotel and Birdman he would at the very least have something in at least the pre-production level. But other then a voice role in Sausage Party which he already had in the works last year he has nothing new coming up. Seems like a time to hit while the iron is still hot but nothing at all.

shareIf you enter his profile through the IMDB app, you'll see he has another movie called Motherless Brooklyn in which he'll play a detective with Tourette's Syndrome and he must find the killer of this mentor. I think that movie promises a lot and he's great at any performance so I have faith in it.
Also, he's like Daniel Day-Lewis in that sense, they don't make many movies but usually when they do, they're good.
He's been attached to Motherless Brooklyn for well over a decade, since he bought the rights to the book. I know fully well about that project, but they're no closer to making the movie then they have been.
