Does Edward Norton remind you of Peter Sellers?

Not so much the look or their acting styles obviously (as Norton isn't a comedic actor) but the body language. More specifically, facial expressions-- twitches in their face, cheeks. The way both of them squint or furrow their brow. I don't know. Even their voices can be similar at times. I mean, I watched Ed Norton films at a younger age than before I watched Peter Sellers body of work, so it's vice versa. When I watch Peter Sellers' facial mannerisms, I'm reminded of Edward Norton. But in reality, Ed Norton should remind me of Peter Sellers, given that one preceded the other. Anybody else? Especially when I watch the opening scene of Lolita with Sellers:

around 3:30 to 7:00 when Sellers plays ping-pong with James Mason
