I don't think he's Jewish...

If you look in the quote section you'll see the last one says "I grew up an honorary Jew. If you go to more than ten barmitzvahs you get an honorary Jew certificate. I went to at least ten in one year. I was drunk on Manischevitz half of 1987!"

I don't know the source of this quote though.

I think Norton said that in the interview recorded in the DVD movie "Keeping the Faith", starred and directed by him. He played a Catholic priest, and Ben Stiller a Jewish Rabbi. In the same interview, he said, "Anns Bancroft is not a jewish either. She is an honorary Jew by marring Mel Brooks for 30 years".
