Dani Beck's character was phenomenal!!!! Connie portrayed her with such depth and sincerity. She was completely believable! I like Olivia a great deal, but Connie's brief stint is one for the SVU books.

I agree. Dani was absolutely awesome, an amazing character, and, of course, stunningly beautiful. I wish she had been on the show longer. :( Or had come back for cameos.

I have to disagree with you on this one. I like Connie, but I absolutely hated her character on SVU.

I'm with you, fallfrost. I just caught her on SVU today, and I really enjoyed her character. It's too bad they only had her on for 6 episodes.
I haven't had a chance to catch up on all the SVU episodes, and at the risk of asking for spoilers, but I'm curious. Why did they move Olivia? What exactly happened?

I think they had her on some undercover assignment (writers' code for maternity leave), then when she came back, she seemed to think that she had been replaced by Dani.

Exactly. They are replaying her ep's this week. If people walked into the squad room with her in it things would have come to a halt.
I give her credit for doing it well. She tried to dress down and had that tight braid but she was still ... too much.
I thought the most interesting part of her character was the her Burrows accent. Pretty darn good!
