Great Portrayal of Abigail Adams

Her portrayal of Abigail opposite Paul Giamatti as John Adams was excellent. The only woman of significance in the film, she was an incredibly strong character, off-setting an otherwise all male film. She acted the later 50 years Abigail's life, as wife, mother, and John Adams' chiefest adviser. Her words and emotions were real and in the moment; always believable.

Her interactions with Paul Giamatti made many of the moments in which one would laugh or cry. In a cast of great actors, she probably had the most complex role of any other than Giamatti, and brought full balance to an excellent film.
