Everyone I know who saw the movie agrees with you..as I do.

He was quite good with what he had, but that script was very very bad and the scenes were so choppy and badly cut.

I am 28.. So I've have the batman experience. I think Jared Leto topped if not met Heaths joker. I still loved heaths but Jared did an awesome job!

Even though I totally disagree... I would admit that the problem wasn't his portrayal by itself... It was the script surrounding the whole thing. Even as an entertainment it was so flawed: no memorable action sequences, no particularly interesting character development, the costumes and make-ups felt too cartoonish (yes I get it's based from a comic book so it's kinda meant to be that way... still, it was a bit too much), many lines were lame and unnecessary, there was not real chemistry between the characters other than they were all prisoners, etc.

So yeah, Leto is usually a great actor and he wasn't bad in this movie. However, the little amount of his screen time and the weak plot really didn't give him much chances.

So, accept it, you can say that he is your favorite Joker, but don't become arrogant because most people will disagree.
