Honorary Oscars: Angela Lansbury

One slight drawback to an actor having a very long career is that at some point there will be a generation (or three) that only identifies you in your elderly form. Angela Lansbury certainly hit that spot for me, and I’m guessing for lots of people my age and younger. When I finally started seeing her in her earlier film appearances, it was a little surprising. I don’t know why it should have been. All people were babies before they grew up.
