How can this great actor go unnoticed like this?

reply

What the hell happened to his career? I actually thought he was dead.

reply

I know. He is so talented!

According to IMDB: "Along with his wife, Tessie, they operate an artists retreat resort in Southern Leyte, Philippines called "The Running Man Institute", which was founded in 2001 and is focused on working with people in the entertainment industry to build their creativity, as well as to relax and read up about holistic health."

sounds like he quit film acting, pretty much. too bad!

reply

That's a shame

Alonso Moseley, FBI

He's an awesome actor. To me, he will always be Gee from Homicide. Forever battling the upper brass for the detectives in his department.

reply

He'll always be Parker from Alien to me.

Dr. Kananga

That's Brett.

You're the one who doesn't have a personality!

reply

No wonder it took you a year to make that comment.

reply

Yeah, it's unfortunate that Yaphet Kotto died.

LAUGHLIN FROM THE RUNNING MAN.

One of the boards that obviously got overlooked in the scraping process. Would have loved if the site was able to import the entire IMDb boards contents.

reply

Mr.Kotto please do another movie Witless Protection cannot be his last.

reply

Amazing actor and I love "Midnight Run". Sliding those sunglasses down the counter...PRICELESS

reply

Because you cannot make money playing bit parts all your life, and he is fugly. Not every actor is a genius.

BUT - since he died today, I am very sorry to hear that, I will say he was perfect in the roles he played no matter how physically appealing or unappealing he was. Rest in peace Yaphet Koto.

reply

I kind of liked him in Aliens, but I am watching him now in Intent To Kill, and he is as bad as the rest of the film. Traci Lords is actually better than he is. Sorry, not impressed.

reply

He wasn't IN Aliens.

reply

He was in the original: Alien.

Many people make that mistake.
