His concert during the dangerous tour

was the best concert I have ever seen in my life.
To see his performance in "smooth criminal ", "beat it" or B.Jean just several meters in front of you was just unforgettable.

You lucky bastard!

Where did you see it?

Dangerous was still partially live. History was all lip synced, besides the Jackson Five songs, some finale ab libs on Billie Jean, best it and heal the world. Sometimes he would do Wanna Be Startin Something live.

His voice sounded coarse so I see why he lip synced.

It was in Madrid in the year 1993 (1992?). I can not imagine, anyway, that there is a singer on earth who can dance, sing, jump two hours long without a little bit "help". Nevertheless I will always remember that concert because it was just brilliant.

People seem to not get how hard it would have been for Michael to do all those concerts without lip-syncing.
They want to complain, I guess.
My sister had an idea though, that I regret that Michael didn't come up with himself.
She said he should have re-recorded his songs into new less polished versions, like demos.
Then, he could have used them in concerts and made the lip syncing less obvious.
Sure, we just know that the haters still would have accused him of "cheating".
But I hope that they never would have figured it out.

reply

He did do that on a few of them.

I'm sure it was great. I was regrettably never able to see him perform in concert.

When Corona is over we will be all able to go to concerts again ✊😉
