She just said in an interview recently that a new album is forthcoming. I for one, can't wait!

She says it's most likely to be released in March 2009

Yes Natalie Imbruglia's fourth studio album entitled 'Come To Life' will be released most likely in the summer of 2009. Imbruglia is currently, putting the final touches to it, and the album has yet to be mastered.

The album will be the first release of her own independent label, Malabar Records.
