She´s rich and She´s a legend in Europe,one of the few actresses to won the best actress in Cannes(the most prestigious award) two times,she was the muse of Chabrol one of the most important filmmakers of the New French Wave and her recent perfomances and projects just show that she is confortamble working everywhere.

Agreed too. It is certainly in my top 10 whereas this performance was great but not ground breaking like The Piano Teacher. If the Academy Awards overlook the film, i doubt they will ignore Huppert.
She sure doesn't but somehow she wants their attention I guess. She went nuts winning a golden globe cant even imagine how she will react to an oscar
