Will we see her again?

I think she will be back. She has shown an incredible ability to find work.

I actually liked her in Criminal Minds. Wish she would go back.

The producers of CM stated that she could come back if she wanted to. I enjoyed her Kate on Criminal Minds as well. It wasn't your average JLH role, that's for sure. Quirky.

It has been mentioned that she may be doing some tv movie directing, but nothing more than a report or two has surfaced. Nothing on her resume about upcoming as yet. She's always loved directing, she did a few for Ghost Whisperer and obviously had a big hand in production for GW and other various film projects.

She's been very quiet these days, not even being chased by the paparazzi much which is always a good thing. Most celebs shy away from the paparazzi when it comes to their children.

My bets are on her returning to directing/producing by 2017. She took over a year off for her firstborn and her second child, Atticus was born just over a year ago now.

Stupid as usual. You know what it means when you are not chased by paps? That means you are irrelevant.

You always are such a hypocrite. You cry about paps, but nobody and I mean nobody, follows celebs like you. How do you find out stuff? Paparazzi.

She's always loved directing

Hard to tell. The demand for her... em... skills are probably diminished the last two years, cause she's reaching the critical age for an tv-actress, and especially if her biggest "assets" are gone south so to speak, and if she's still "bulky" as on some of the last pics. of her, her acting career are basically over. No one in HW will hire an aging has-been with weight problems.

She should've done like Scarlett Johansson did - loose the excessive weight, and get back to work asap. It worked for her, but then again; she's a film-actress, not a tv-actress like JLH.

The deal with Hallmark is interesting and according to reports it is supposed to be for three movies. It is not that far fetched that JLH might have a second career as a director for network TV (think Joanna Kerns from Growing Pains with 56 credits as a director).

I know nothing about her financial situation or anything like that but I assume you are correct that she has no need to work if she does not want to. I assume that she can choose what she does and I assume there is much that she would like to do. I think that the last season of Ghost Whisperer attempted to have more love and romance but the way that was done did not work. I assume Jennifer was the main reason they did that. I wish I could have explained to her that it was not working. For the future she will have the opportunity to decide what she does. I think there is very much opportunity for the type of thing that I hope she wants to do.

As far as money is concerned, I am sure she has plenty to live on, but does she have enough to finance a project? I think she needs to do something to allow her to decide what is done. She should make love stories the way she wants to if she wants to. If she does not have enough money for that then that is a likely reason for her to work more. She is likely busy with family but I hope she has time for creativity too and if so then there is much she is doing even though there is nothing showing in her credits. And the Hallmark channel does do a lot of love and romance; I hope she does it better than most of the movies on the Hallmark Channel.

I hope so but she seems to be concentrating on her family for now.
