Julie Andrews

Why did Richard Harris and Julie Andrews hate eachother so much?

In an article from the dailymail.com called
Half man, half maniac: The wild life of Richard Harris on the 11 of May 2008...the article states...

On location for the 1966 film Hawaii, Harris discovered the local cocktail, a mixture of rum, Cointreau and grenadine.

He devoured it enthusiastically, with dramatic side-effects that included running into fast-moving traffic on the local main road and mindlessly attacking passing cars with his bare fists.

Hawaii's director, George Roy Hill, found Harris "an interesting force of nature".

But his co-star Julie Andrews took a dim view of his rabble-rousing and Harris reciprocated in kind after filming.

"When I worked with Julie Andrews, I think I experienced the greatest hate I ever had for any human being," he said.

That's all I could really find about it. Hope this helps.
