He told this in the wtf podcast recently, he had some great stories to tell in the episode where he was a guest. Love this guy, never seen him give a bad performance.

Agreed he is a badass.

Two small roles but he's awesome in both: Training Day and Greenland

Weird don’t even remember him in this.

He has a really small part. I dont think he even has any lines.

He was the assassin that the Brass sent to kill Kurtz before they sent Willard. After the boat team arrived at Kurtz' deep jungle compound, Willard found Lt. Colby (Glenn) as a laconic member of Kurtz' group, seemingly brainwashed https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0078788/mediaviewer/rm1968248064/.

His role was larger originally. He was ordered by Kurtz to kill Willard at one point near the end, but was killed by Willard instead just before Willard went off to kill Kurtz. If I recall, Glenn kills Dennis Hopper's character before Willard kills him. You can only see these scenes in the workprint. None of Glenn's other scenes made it into any of the released cuts.
