What Happened To Her?

How do you know what's good and what isn't ? Your opinion.

I agree with you on half of you statement, but I believe she does do good stuff, it's just that she isn't given much credit for them. What have you seen lately, that you think that isn't "good"? I'm just curious.

Hi Walter,
I somehow agree with you and I asked this myself, because I am a huge fan of her, and just yesterday I watched her movie "Mystic Pizza" and one of her latest work "Detective" again. And I thought, in the crying scene in Mystic Pizza she was really crying, and not forcing it, I thought that, by watching her face. Now, she is doing her emotions forced with her face, forehead, brow...good to notice in "Detective".
My explanation is, that she could be challenged more from the directors and the parts she gets, and that she never really had to fight to be in this business. She is one of the very lucky people in Hollywood whom always had work. On the other hand, if it is not hard for an actor to achieve work, one might get lazy.
This is just my theory, maybe I am wrong, but I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
So, I really wish, that she gets an interesting part to play and she finds a director who challenges her and works with her, and I am shure, she will be very good.
