I went to college (university) with Annabeth - she was two years ahead of me and I knew her fairly well. She and I were in the same sorority (do you know what those are? They are kind of hard to explain, but like a women-only club where you do volunteer activities and have parties and meet very frequently). To join a sorority you have to be voted in by all the members, and it is kind of selective, to join one you go to a bunch of "parties" where you meet a bunch of the existing members and talk to them for a few minutes each, and if enough of them like you they ask you back to meet more people until you are voted in by the whole group. When I wanted to join a sorority, everyone was very afraid that during that whole meeting people process they would be matched up with Annabeth, because she was famous and people were nervous that she would be mean or they wouldn't have anything to say to her. I was matched up with her at one of the parties and she couldn't have been nicer. She is very quiet in real life, she didn't actlike a celebrity at all - she went out a lot, but wasn't a crazy party girl at all. She is very smart and had a great sense of humor. She dated one of the cutest guys in college, he was an incredibly nice guy too. Anyway, just thought since I do actually know her and you were interested I'd let you know what a great person she is!

I can imagine, as films like Mystic Pizza mean something to some young woman, that some people hat questions for her at that time? Have you ever talked about her acting?
