Actually, I believe I read on a website a while back that Chris Carter wanted to make her character a lesbian, but threw the idea out the window.I still think she had a bit of a gay vibe to her.

I agree with you that sexuality doesn't matter, but there deffinately is a things going on between her and scully, and damn, i would love to see them go at it! I really thought it was just me who thought reyes was a little queer and now it makes my day to know that she was supposed to be!

I definitely agree that Monica has a very queer vibe. I always digged that about her, whether her character is actually gay or not. Not that it is central to the show, but due to the relatively small amount of queer characters on television, I think it is positive to include such characters and at least hint at something.
