That's how I would sum up Charlotte Gainsbourg after seeing her in 21 Grams. Whatever some people thinks she has, it's lost on me. I find her hard to watch. She is like Chloe Sevigny that way. Plain but somehow got good press.

I just watched Antichrist and was taken aback by her performance. And even though She was woman in the purest sense: little to no makeup, no enhancements. I found Charlotte to be alluring and attractive.
I'd agree with you as well. I find women who wear less makeup to be more attractive. It's the flaws and imperfections that make us what we are. As for Charlotte, she has a certain zazz that just screams out to me. I haven't seen Antichrist although I plan to, but I fell in love with her in Science of Sleep.

For what it's worth, I thought she was attractive, but not hot. Her mouth is a big turnoff. Super-defined lip-lines make her like a thin-lipped Steve Tyler or something. Replace her with the mouth of almost any other well-known actress and she would rise up from a 5.5/10 to a 7-8/10. My wife pointed this out to me.

i agree i like the imperfections on guys i like, for example kyle gallner. he may not have a six pack or perfect skin but that what makes me like him more. from head to toe, he's perfect in my eyes.
