Oscar nomination in Best Supporting Actor ? Sully ? Bleed for This ?

Just saw Sully, along with the great Tom Hanks in this one. I think Aaron Eckhart was excellent in this too, and I believe this is his best perfomance in his acting career since The Dark Knight. I suspect that as much as Tom Hanks likely might get his Oscar nomination in Sully for Best Actor, I think Aaron Eckhart is really deserving to get nominees for Best Supporting Actor in this one too. He's like Jared Leto in Dallas Buyers Club.

But then I heard that Aaron is also great in Bleed for this too.

So which one do you think he should get nominees ?

I agree he deserves it he was awesome in Sully

He steals Bleed For This. Really becomes another character entirely.

I agree I saw Bleed For This yesterday and I agree Aaron Eckhart is brillant as Kevin Rooney. He embodies the character so well in the beginning of the film as he is depressed but once he starts training Vinny they bond, become close and have a strong fighter trainer relationship. I saw Sully a while ago and while Aaron Eckhart is good in that film I think he is much better in Bleed For This and I hope he gets nominated.
