Did she ever badmouth anyone?

I just went looking for quotes and stuff, began with Irene Sharaff(what's the exact steak quote please? someone tell me) and ended with Bette Davis, but I have never seen Faye badmouth anybody. I'm not going to go into that silly trope of oh she's a lady and they aren't, or whatever, don't know exactly what transpired between her and Davis but clearly she upset the wrong woman, Davis was relentless!!!

According to Miss Davis, when they were making the Disappearance of Aimee, Miss Dunaway kept everyone waiting for her...this happened several times, and Miss Davis would "entertain' the cast and crew until Miss Dunaway appeared.

As I understand it, the quote is, “Yes, you may enter Miss Dunaway’s dressing room. But first you must throw a raw steak in, to distract her."

This costume designer later quit Mommie Dearest mid production, stating she would “no longer work with that drug addict.”

Ms. Dunaway seems to have been quite circumspect about not trashing people publicly. But she's certainly treated them like trash...and really, it's actions, not words, that count. It's what people do that reveals who they truly are.

Dunaway didn't quote herself on this, and I forget where I read it, but I guess she and Raquel Welch were doing a celeb fashion show together and Faye picked the most showstopping sexy dress and said she should wear it "because she knew how to sell it."

And Welch asked her with what body she was going to wear the dress : o

COLD!

There was talk of Jon Peters producing a remake of The Women after The Eyes of Laura Mars that would have had Dunaway as Mary, Welch as Crystal and Barbra Streisand as Sylvia.

THAT would have been an interesting set to be on!!!

(I have to say, though, I've never liked The Women as much as others seem to.) (the best thing is the costumes.)
