So sorry to hear this. He was a wonderful actor in anything he appeared in, capable of playing both warm geniality & cold-eyed evil, comedy & heartbreaking drama.

People need to watch the first Rambo movie First Blood (1982). To me, his most memorable and best role.

Agree.

But I remember how he stole the bar scene in the movie 10. Just subtle, not over the top at all, but I remember being impressed the first time I saw 10 in the theater when he was just an unknown bit player.

Peace be with him. Always a reliable character actor. I remember seeing him on Letterman years ago. He said people would often confuse him for Charles Durning because of their similar appearance.
