Miss Honey

My favorite film growing up was Matilda, every night at bedtime I always watched it, I loved Miss Honey, I wanted to be just like her. So, when I told my parents when I was 13 that I wanted to become a teacher I don't think they were surprised, and that's what I'm training to become.
You probably won't read this but I feel I just have to write it and say thank you Embeth for portraying such an inspirational character for me to look up to and strive to become. :D

I second that. I want to be a teacher too and my dream would be to be just like Miss Honey... :)

I feel monotony and death to be almost the same.

I loved her in that movie granted it's based on a classic childrens book so it was bound to be good

"why are you married to him then if you can't work with him how do you live with him?"

I always thought it was a huge injustice that not one of my teachers was ever as horribly nice as she was.

"Rawr, I'm a dinosaur!" No. Rawr, you're an idiot.

That is sooo sweet! I agree completely that Miss Honey was really sweet. I wish the world had more people like her in the world! :)
