Slacker?
He's a pretty successful writer/directer. Why does he make so few films?
Or maybe he's difficult to work with? Studios feel like he's not worth the trouble.
All I know is he needs to get on the damn ball and make The Long Walk by Stephen King already. He's has the rights to it for quite some time now. I've been waiting years to see this!!!!

When he does get around to doing something, it's usually pretty good.
Hell yes!! This man knows how to make good stuff. Particularly SK stuff!! And there would be no The Walking Dead without this man. He was responsible for all aspects of it. From development to getting in on AMC to that first phenomenal season. Nothing can ever match that first season!! And then the evil pricks at AMC forced him out. Very sad.
