Mistaken Identity

Because they look almost alike, I often mixed this guy up with Dave Coulier, the actor who played "Uncle" Joey on "Full House." I mean, they're both of similar build, blond, with similar-looking oval faces and blue eyes. I mean, those two could have been brothers.

However, there were several differences between these two men.

1.) Jeff Daniels has a lower voice.

2.) He has almost never played a character that goofed off, save for his role in the "Dumb and Dumber" movies. Most of his roles were serious.

3.) He kept up his career in acting, whereas Dave Coulier almost completely disappeared after "Full House" ended. While Jeff Daniels didn't really act in a lot of major blockbuster films, people might remember him from quieter films such as "Fly Away Home," or tv films involving the Revolutionary and Civil Wars. He actually has done a real good job in the serious roles he's played.

And they aren't the only Hollywood actors I've mixed up, due to looking a lot alike. I've had issues like that with Tim Curry and Gary Sinise; and Bruce Willis and Ed Harris. Incidentally, absolutely none of them are related, hehe.
