Do You really think Joan murdered Alfred Steele, as Christina Claims?

She made this allegation in the 20th anniversary edition of Mommie Dearest and repeated it while interviewed by Larry King.

Christina repeated it again while doing her 2013 show Surviving Mommie Dearest. It's bull! What she's done is taken a page from Bette Davis' life and attributed it to Joan's. What reason? I don't know.

Davis' husband Arthur Farnsworth, collapsed one day while walking along a Hollywood street and died two days later. An autopsy revealed that his fall had been caused by a skull fracture he had suffered two weeks earlier. Allegedly this skull fracture was the result of a push from Bette during an argument or something (More Than a Woman: Intimate Biograhy by James Spada)

From Larry King 2001:

C. CRAWFORD: Yes, but he died so quickly after they were married, it was only three years. And I always thought it was very suspicious.

KING: About his death? You suspected foul play?

C. CRAWFORD: I always did, yes. There was nothing wrong with him.

KING: What was the cause of death?

C. CRAWFORD: Somehow he fell down the stairs.

[Actually he was found by Joan dead on the floor of their bedroom. He had died from a heart attack]

No, Christina has been living off "Mommie Dearest" since it was published. I have no doubt she and Crawford had an appalling relationship - there are third person accounts that say it was toxic, and Crawford seemed to undermine her daughter. But alright already. Christina just seems to believe she needs to up the ante in order to stay relevant.

Of course Joan murdered Al.
Do you really think a woman who had no problem assassinating the leader of the free world (JFK) would wince at murdering the geriatric CEO of a cola company???

I heard she used Pepsi's experimental product Mountain Dew to administer an untraceable poison that simulated a heart attack. She later negotiated a deal to sell Pepsi in the Soviet Union in exchange for a lifetime supply of Stolichnaya (setting off vodka shortages from Minsk to Vladivostok) and the lethal formula. Joan used the poison herself on two occasions in 1965, when her drinking pal Dorothy Kilgallen was sober long enough to realize who really killed JFK, and when she had former lover and Dominican playboy Porfirio Rubirosa killed at the behest of her new lover and KGB contact, Fidel Castro.

___Well, I always believed Joan had something to do with Marilyn Monroe's death. Suicide, smooicide? Joan never missed a chance to smear Marilyn in the press, and she was darned tired of that "little slut throwing her tits in everyone's face". So, when they had their little weekly enema party, Joan took the opportunity to slip Marilyn a micky suppository, then called Robert Kennedy to take her home.
___And then, there's that suspicious story of Joan and Man O War, just who could run the fastest? I'd really like to know...
