What Happened to "War Book" ?

Does anyone know if "War Book" is available anywhere as a DVD? I've seen the
trailer which really grabs your interest both as a story and because of the
wonderful cast, but it seems like it just disappeared after its run in
British theatres. Amazon.co.uk only lists it as something to watch on a
device, but why not as a DVD??
