shareIf you investigate a little I think you'll find that the saintly Spanish ancestry cannot be substantiated. Most saints did not have children, for one thing. They were celibate.
Most of his ancestry was probably English, with some Irish and Scottish. That is pretty obvious from looking at him toohe has a very Anglo Saxon face.
