It was probably William Campbell (who I think is no longer alive). And, then, of course, there's the Billy Campbell who was the little kid in the Octopus costume in LOVE ACTUALLY.
Although it's a good source to begin with, you have to remember not to rely on IMDb.com (or even other sites). Years ago, I was speaking with a Director (who was recently nominated for an Oscar) and said, "I didn't know you did these credits." And he said, "I didn't. Those aren't me. And the credits I do have, aren't listed."
Don't you find it odd that IMDb has a clip of CENTURY CITY for Billy Campbell, but it's NOT listed in his credits? There are quite a few missing credits for Billy Campbell.
