Stupid IMDB profile pic

I absolutely hate the IMDB, and that profile pic of Brynner is a prime example why. So much of what defined him as an actor was his exotic look. Why on earth would someone have chosen that particular picture unless to demystify him?

reply

What a dumb thing to complain about.

He died because the idiot smoked too much. How about that for demystification?

reply

My complaint is dumb; your response is retarded, so I guess that makes us even.

Have a nice day.

P.S. That "idiot" spent his last few years warning people about the dangers of smoking: https://youtu.be/JNjunlWUJJI. At the time, he was one of millions of people who had started smoking because the tobacco industry covered up how dangerous it was, and even went so far as to get doctors to appear in smoking ads endorsing smoking as a healthy habit.

So, congratulations for outing yourself as yet another worthless poster on MC with nothing of insight or intelligence to offer but thinks you're so intelligent and worldly. You're also tactless, since you put down someone who used his mistake to help others avoid the same fate that he did.

You don't know what "demystification" means, but no surprise since your posts are full of inaccurate comments,

reply

I demystified him for idiots who think he was the badass he played in the movies. There's nothing inaccurate about that.

reply

You have to be kidding

reply

"demystify him" My god you haven't a clue what the word "demystify" means do you. Go get a dictionary and learn to use it instead of just throwing out words that your feeble brain thinks sound good.

reply

Hey, Tom boy, a sentence that asks a question ends in a question mark; yet you are the one proffering verbal
advice?

No.

reply

Clearly you have no understanding of the rules of grammar, a rhetorical question can end in a period, explanation mark or question mark. So maybe you should learn the rules of grammar and punctuation before you go trying to be the grammar police.

In his IMDB profile photo he has hair and is wearing a conservative business suit. For most of his life he had a completely shaved head. The OP used the word "demystify" properly.

reply

I agree that it's a dumb picture.

Now everybody needs to stop the childish arguing and trollish namecalling.
