Sigh. Both the 'sources' for these stories is Woman's Day, an Australian gutter trash tabloid that is well known for blatantly making stuff up. If you believe any of it then you're incredibly naive. Firstly, why would some random insider from an American movie being filmed in New York go to an Australian tabloid? Even other gossip sites have confirmed that it's crap. It's a typical tabloid media reaction to an all female cast, because apparently women can't possibly get along with each other, it's incredibly misogynistic. Also, Cate and Andrew are fine, she spoke about him in an interview released only today. They've been married for nearly 20 years, it'll take more than tabloid trash to break them up.
