That was THE WORST movie, totally ruined Iron Man 3, the characters were right, everything was right, except the director sucked BALLS. The life was totally sucked out of the movie, and I bet Jon Favreau is SPITTING CHIPS at how bad you made it. Thanks for wasting the $40 I spent to see it in Gold Class you schmuck.

P.S. Even the end scene after the credits SUCKED. No lead on to any other film, despite saying "Tony Stark will be back" yeah, we all knew that bit, show us something else, what? Marvel NEVER want to use you again?? Wouldn't be surprised...

What a sham. What a scam! I want my money back!!!

"Tony Stark will return" was a nod to the old James Bond movies which featured the same statement at the end. It was all part of the spy theme Black was going for (note the 60's styled split screen end credits and of course the plot of the movie itself).

Especially when we had a total James Bond style scene with Tony Stark confronting the Mandarin, only he's a lot cooler 'cause he makes his own gadgets.

It did feel like a standalone movie, the 'soul' that was in the 1st 2 iron man movies weren't in this one. There were a few idiosyncrasies that were left out of the movie, such as Tony not being liked being handed things. They used that in Avengers but it was left out in this one. I'm not sure if they're going in a different direction with iron man now that tony is no longer the "billionaire playboy philanthropist, he's now Mr Potts.

It was kinda forgettable and played off like another action movie. They should get Favreu to take over the reigns again if they want to resume the franchise.

The plot of Iron Man 3 was pretty much the plot of The Incredibles, with some extra stuff, that made it worse.
