Halle marries less successful guys...

Sorry to see another marriage end but it was doomed from the start. Halle is talented and beautiful. Halle's careers have always been more successful than her partner's career.

Halle married David Justice - outside of baseball...who exactly was he? I can't think of one thing David did outside baseball that has a lasting legacy. That pretty much means Halle got the celeb attention in the marriage while David stood on the carpet looking awkward next to his woman.

Halle married Eric Benet - outside of a few songs here and there...who exactly was he? I can't think of one thing Eric did outside of music that received attention.That means Eric was on the carpet looking awkward next to his woman.

Halle married Oliver Martinez - outside of a few movies here and there...who exactly is he? I can't think of one thing Oliver is known for which has a lasting legacy.

Do you see a pattern? These men have one thing in common - Halle outshines them and no man is going to stick around (especially a guy in the Hollywood industry) with an ego while his woman gets the red carpet questions and he looks like a fool. He wants to stick out his chest and say 'I'm the man in this relationship...' but it's hard to say when everyone screams your woman's name and she gets more fan mail. ; >

It's also harder to swallow when her Revlon contracts, movie and tv deals and interviews bring in more cheddar than you have and threats of leaving her get laughed off because she doesn't need your money...or you.

I'm just saying an independent woman ain't no joke and Halle don't look like the type of woman who will let someone push her around. She's beautiful but don't underestimate her...
