I don't get the statement. He was our brother who became our sister who became our brother. He didn't transition back did he? So why the back to brother wording?

shareAlexis may have de-transitioned to male again, but with a lot of transsexuals I don't think they actually stop identifying as a female but if you saw them you would probably think they are a male. One named Gabi who was in a PBS documentary about 20 years ago appears to be that way. Here is a recent youtube video of her:

I had a trans friend that was like that also. She transitioned 30 years ago, but if you saw her you would probably think she is a weird looking male with long hair and wearing a trace of make-up. She didn't de-transition to male, though.
