Drunk on Conan?

A little too "hyper" to be drunk, don't you think?

It seemed like he was on drugs or something is really wrong with him.

I am pretty sure he is always super hyper like that. It seems he may have ADD. He doesn't pause between stories or sentences, as he just keeps rambling. It's very disconcerting.

I think he had been snorting coke man. He was out of it. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. And the bad thing is that I was a little messed up myself when I saw it. It made me really uncomfortable.

Didn't he and Roseanne have some kind of drug troubles or something? If so he might have been high, he's always had, I dunno, ADD and stuff from what I understood(Or something akin to it) but he was Really bad on Conan, and you could tell the audience and Conan were a bit worried about it.
